Pharmacy Weight Loss Hull | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pharmacy Weight Loss Hull, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Hull is a regulated online pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511), operating under the laws of England and Wales. We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatments to eligible patients in Hull and the surrounding area.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. Treatment eligibility is assessed on an individual basis by our pharmacist and prescriber.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or refuse to supply medication if we determine it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe for you. This decision is final and is made in your best interest.

You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that contraindicates weight loss medication, unless explicitly confirmed safe by a qualified prescriber.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a satisfactory online consultation and clinical assessment by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. We may request additional medical information or GP records before proceeding.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may affect your safety and will void any warranty or liability on our part.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our approved payment provider.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked and signed-for service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive a signed delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once medication has been dispensed and dispatched. This is in accordance with UK medicines legislation.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and during consultations is for general guidance only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects that will be discussed during your consultation.

We strongly recommend that you inform your regular GP that you are using weight loss medication. Our service is not an emergency medical service. If you experience a serious adverse reaction, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide your care and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.
